We are just a small group of individuals that live in the same neighborhood that all have had really bad home buying experiences. Some of us had a bad first time home buyer situation. A couple of us have had problems with our home loans and mortgages. We just thought it would be cool if we started this website to try and help people avoid some of the mistakes that this small group has made. Buying a home should be one the best experiences of a persons life. It should not be reason to grab a bottle of asprin. Hopefully, if we can make one persons life easier than we have accomplished our goal. Everyone after that, we will just be sitting on cloud nine.
